Well, you're right: you were rude. I've got no idea what I'm doing with this program, I'm pretty new to mac's in general, and the developers don't want to help me out with an issue regarding their program (sorry, enabling technology)? I did talk to someone before I talked to you (via IRC) and they advised me to come here and ask why it isn't mounting correctly and to tell you exactly what I told you. Pardon me for asking for support of your product in the support section of your page.
If the information on this external hdd wasn't vital, then I probably wouldn't be using your program anymore.
