Hi,

"officially" MacFUSE is dead (as in the google code project owner abandoned the
project), but there is an unofficial build which should solve your problem. You
can find it at
http://www.tuxera.com/mac/macfuse-core-10.5-2.1.9.dmg

There will be a MacFUSE successor project called FUSE for OS X (OSXFUSE) which
will also support Lion.

Hope this helps.
