Ouch. Does it mean that fuse does not work on Lion anymore? How to report 
Apple about it?

If NTFS-3G does not work on Lion, then other alternative would be 
PARAGON http://www.paragon-software.com/home/ntfs-mac/ According to the 
website it supports Lion. I've never tried it but a friend of mine uses it 
successfully.
