Right now, my users folder is on another partition, and softlinked. 
Moving the Devtools and sw folders looks like a good idea. The fink 
website says that softlinking sw to another location may or may not work. 
I take it you've not had any troubles?

Yeah, no kidding. That's supposed to be the whole point of partitions, no?
