This should work just fine, I burn all my vacation pictures onto CD and
my Mom is able to view them on her PC (she has to use a PC at work and
it would be too confusing for her to have a Mac at home unfortunately,
which is why I've set her up with a PC).

You might need to make the extension be the three-letter .jpg, I'm not
certain if a PC will understand the four-letter .jpeg extension.

Another question about CDs.

My earlier question was would a CD with a .pdf and .jpeg files burnt on
a Mac play on a PC. Any special thing need to be done? What about file
names? Does the PC have name restrictions?

My new question: Would this CD play on a computer in England? In Canada?

Anne, who knows nothing about CDs or PCs. (Note no audio involved at
all.)
