I also use Zire 71, I had a plain zire, but the display was not sharp
and crisp. this one you can adjust in character size and color of
display.I love the photo part, I can take pictures of little things
without pulling out a camera. I have a collection of all the wine
glasses, I drank out of in restaurants all over Europe, have also a
collection of plates of food, stillife of eggs in cartons , different
kinds of bread etc. Odd things. Not sharp enough though for family
photos. It has held up well in being dropped, ( my hands have loss of
feeling and what comes up does first come down.) It isyncs fine ( I
only had difficulty trying to put a second Zire 71 on the same
computer,) but apart from that, the thing is great. In the set-up all
you have to do is take out of the enabled conduits the addressbook,
to-dos and datebook and put them into the disabled ones -
HD>library>application support>palm hotsync> conduits, and then enable
the hotsync panel.
