I don't work for MacTown, but they -care- about the customer first... I have had nothing but good experiences from my dealings with them. I use my mac so much I can't do without it, and when my CD Drive went down, the level of professionalism I have experienced was absolutely amazing. My airport has went kaboom, and they helped me to arrange an exchange with apple (I haven't picked it up yet because of dealing with my Dad's passing) but I hope to make it out there monday to get the exchange done. My cousin is a graphic artist in Cincinnati and she feels that Mactown is MORE PROFESSIONAL than her apple store. I won't go anywhere else!
