Lee,
I ran the Process Viewer as you suggested. The HP Scan Jet Manager
% CPU readings fluctuate between 4.40 and 82.8 ; the %, Memory
readings from .80 to .90. The Window Manager reading range from 0.0
to 1.8 and 0.0 to 2.5. does this tell me I have a problem with HP scan
Jet Manager?
