I got the same "can't be found" result, even when I made sure the ".htm" was 
included. I think the problem may be explained by this sentence from the page 
that I arrived at (I suspect Bryan is a BusinessWeek subscriber and that's why 
he can get to the article but we cannot): 

"The latest information from Business Week magazine is available only to BW 
subscribers..."
