Before you get that one, check out the iTrip. I spent a bit of time 
reading reviews of all the FM adaptors, and bought the iTrip at the 
Apple store in Cincinnati. It has three advantages:

(1) It needs no batteries.

(2) It can be tuned to any frequency on the FM dial just by playing 
little files stored on the iPod. Most of the others have only a few 
possible frequencies, or are tuned with a knob that can be easily 
bumped.

(3) It's designed for the iPod and elegantly sits right on top of it.

I can sit mine on the back seat of the car and still get a good signal 
into the radio.
