Hey Group, I'll get right to the point. Does anyone in the group know a contact name at Bellsouth, so that I can pleed my case to them to try to get their DSL service in my neighborhood. My Insight BB service, that I have had since last August has been terrible, it has been down at least 40% of the time. The whole story of my struggles with Insight is too long to go into here, and I REALLY don't want to go back to dial-up. Thanks for any help. Mike Robertson
