Lee,
I have also given up on HP ScanJet software and uninstalled the
driver. I have tried to use VueScan but when I try to use VueScan I get
the message " No scanner found attached to your computer". When I
check for devices in System Profiler it shows I have HP ScanJet 3500c
series connected. What's happening?
Lee, a really appreciate your helping me try to solve this problem.
Ward, if I can't get my HP 3570c to work I'll see your about an Epson.
