that is what i am trying to decide.

i know that the faster processor would help, and that the hard drive  
speed increase would probably show a performance boost (everything  
seems snappier when i boot off of my backup on the firewire external)

I doubt that i would use the superdrive much "in the field" but it  
may come in handy occasionally.

how are the screens on the PB versus the iB's? are they brighter?
what about the speakers?

i think that the 64mb VRAM might be more useful in the long term.
