Thanks for the encouragement, John. I am sure at my age you would want to keep in touch with the world, and that's what the computer does for me. It acts as my legs, even as my mind, since I forget so much. So you would keep on using it, I am sure, until you could not press the keys anymore. Anyway, since I hardly ever get a spam message, I wonder whether it is that I checked that box that I submit, or what ever I do , to the filter of , in my case, Insight, and whether that means my own filtering is thus taken out of the picture, or that they both work hand in hand? - I am amazed how much junk my friends get, but they usually don't have Macs. I also, when possible, use Safari, hardly ever any other browser, have all pop-ups blocked, also have everything set to come down without graphics, Does that help with Spam? Marta
