Spring Cleaning for the Mac works pretty well on many things for the
previous OSes, but then it will get to the point of offering a list of
items to "clean" -- that list will be things that one needs a
whoppingly skillful background to say "yes" or "no" to.
I am sure others may have some insight into this...
