I am told Spring cleaning would only work on 8.5 and upwards, and I am
running 8.1 on my 6400/200. I haven't had the courage to upgrade. Every time
I put a 8.5 upgrade disk in, it tells me that i need to turn off this and
that - things i don't even know I have, and when I try my 9 disk, it won't
upgrade from 8,1, but only from 8.5. So I have been waiting for the special
insight from above to help my intuition. And the worst thing about it is that
I cannot print out the Read me's, so that I can confront someone with the
printed word and ask questions. The disks are locked and just let me read
them when inserted. May the Lord have pity on me!
