I have used both and found Bellsouth's billing to be a nightmare. I moved and disconnected my home phone and thought that my DSL would be disconnected me. They continued to bill me for FOUR months after I moved out on the DSL. They sent me to a collections agency and now I can not get service through Bellsouth (thank goodness for MCI's neighborhood). Bellsouth controls all the DSL Lines no matter what ISP you choose for DSL. If you don't have service through Bellsouth you can't have DSL. I have had nothing but good things to say about insight.
