I'm a mom homeschooling 2 teens, and the greater problems have been working out chemistry and algebra misunderstandings this morning than trying to figure out what H.P. has to say in their slim manual. I did check the manual previously but there didn't seem to be any specific info for this silent refusal to print. Thanks very much for walking me through this problem.
