Should be. Some things to try: 1) Remove the LaCie and the Zip; see if the problem goes away. If it doesn't then get back with OtherWorld and tell them. 2) If #1 works, hook up the LaCie with termination on. If problem recurs, turn termination off and try again. 3) If #2 works, reverse the termination on the LaCie and add on the Zip with termination on. If problem recurs, try it with the LaCie and Zip having the same termination (one case with all on and another with all off). SCSI is weird and sometimes takes some playing with. I have had cases where I have had to run with no termination or things got very shaky.
