The purpose of this afternoons support call was to setup an insight  
mail account, and terminate a .mac account that was recently renewed.

My question is, has anyone successfully done so and received a pro- 
rata refund. If so where on earth did you find option to terminate  
the account. All I could find is the login for the user account and a  
support request form. We need .mac billing. TIA...jf
