Hey folks, Another problem: on my keyboard at work, suddenly neither option key works. This sounds too coincidental to be a hardware failure.
Failed attempts so far: Restart. Option keys still non-functional. I made another user and switched over to see if it could be a preferences problem. No dice - the option key doesn't work for the other user, either. This makes it sound like it *is* a hardware problem. Any other tricks I could try before taking the keyboard apart?
