Steve,

I use Aye Net (now Win Net) as my ISP, they offer Postini as a filter 
for email and I find it to be the most amazing program.  I don't get 
more than four to five emails a week that slip through. (dozens are 
stopped every day) They send me an email when they have accumulated 
several in my box for me to go check, or if there is one with a known 
virus that they have detected they send an email right away.

It works almost flawlessly, and I would hate to be without it.  I have 
no idea if you can add this to a filter for the ISP you use or not, you 
could check with this link:
