I believe that the utilities in your printer setup under system preferences has what you are looking for. Tom I also have a question - I was updating software a while back and updated remote desk top 2. A wonderful tool I used it a lot at school. Now it is asking me for my serial number and I put it in and it tells me it's invalid..... What gives.... I've asked Ward and nobody over there knows either. Any thoughts on how to undo an update..... I don't know how to post to the newsgroup so far I've only been reading.
