Click on Entourage in the tool bar menu, select Main & News Preferences, select the Reply & Forward tab, under Mail Attribution check the box by the text line Place insertion point before quoted text. This should work, at least it appears that way while I am responding to your question. The proof will be how it looks when you receive my e-mail.
