BBEdit Lite is a free download from www.barebones.com. It's a very good basic text editor that everyone should have. It may be able to open and extract the text of Outlook Express' mail files. In the interest of unbiased reporting, Nisus also has a similar free text editor, Nisus writer 4.1.6, available from www.nisus.com The next meeting of the Louisville Computer Society will be September 25. For more information, see <http://www.aye.net/~lcs>.
