that a friend let me in on. If you have a laptop running OS X, this 
is a must-have application. It is a free download, but if you find it 
useful and want to help out a 22-year-old student living in Germany, 
then you should consider making a donation to Christoph Siani.

The application will tell you the age of your Mac, the battery load 
cycle, current capacity, and maximum charge, all within an easy Tiger 
widget or an easy to use icon window on your screen. It is a great 
tool for us, as we can quickly see if a used computer needs a new 
battery or if it is having other power-related issues. It is also 
nice to have energetic, creative people helping to push the Apple 
platform forward.
