Someone may have already mentioned this, but check your preferences Preferences:Advanced:Burning
And make sure you're burning an Audio CD with a gap of 2 seconds. If it was set for mp3, it won't work in many older players. I've got my speed on Maximum Possible, but as Ed said, you might try it at maybe half the rated speed of your burner (or less). Also (and don't be insulted, it's happened to me) be sure you're burning to a CD and not a DVD. rob Ed Wiser wrote: >Burn the CD at a lower speed setting. > >-----Original Message----- >From: owner-macgroup at erdos.math.louisville.edu >[mailto:owner-macgroup at erdos.math.louisville.edu]On Behalf Of Greg >Schoettmer >Sent: Thursday, February 16, 2006 8:41 PM >To: macgroup at erdos.math.louisville.edu >Subject: MacGroup: iTunes CD burning format > > > I'm looking for some expertise on what format to use to burn audio CDs >in iTunes.
