Hi Stuart!

Yes, I actually DID think of that! :-)  So, great minds think alike.  I am
restricting the usage
(*I* can do that because "mom says so!" ) to the Y.  I am also going to
suggest audio books.  He likes to read and actually he is not a huge music
lover -- at least not yet.  He is also sensitive to sound -- he doesn't like
movie theatres for that reason.  He always complains the sound is too loud.
Go figure!

I agree that he is a bit young... but he is also very "responsible".  Of
course, that could change tomorrow too! LOL

I just don't know anything about them to make an intelligent (?) purchase.
He gets bored on the treadmill and the crosstrainer.  They have TV's there
but of course they are not turned on to "kid programming".  I want to
encourage his "workouts" but you can only stare at the parking lot for so
long. <smile>  The book rack is too high for him to read from. ... so I
thought this might be a good alternative.

And then, maybe I will be motivated to hit the treadmill. LOL
