For OS-9, hmm NetBarrier from Intego was pretty good, they also make  
a version for OS-X, both are commercial ($). It may be hard to find  
the OS-9 version though.


For OS X, if you want to use an additional firewall in addition to  
the built-in one then FireWalk is very good.
