Hello Group- I installed Tiger using the erase and install method. I first backed up my previous system using Carbon Copy Cloner to an external firewire hard drive. I then went thru all the steps to format/ erase my PowerBook G4 in prep for the new Tiger install. Installation went great. I did not use Migration Assistant to transfer anything. After the new system was updated, I transfered over my documents, pictures (iphoto), and music (itunes). Those were easy. Then I tried to figure out where my mail, ical, and address book files were hiding. I thought I had found the mail files, but when I moved them, all I got were my old mailboxes, all empty. Can anyone help tell me the steps of moving these over? As always, thanks for your advice.
