George,
The biggest advantage that I see is that many software applications
require 10.3 to run. If you don't have anything new on the horizon you might
wait. Then again, the prices of 10.3 should be falling pretty quickly as
10.4 gets out there so the price to upgrade should not be significant in the
near future.
