Mike, i don't really understand what you try to tell me. I am not
talking about the columns in "mail" , I am talking about a file in my
documents. Say a bunch of articles I saved; no matter when I put them
into the list, they appear in alphabetical order. Now if I want to see
the last five entries I made according to the dates I filed them, I
have to go through the whole list and click on the item to see when it
was filed or modified. I know I could put a number there or make an
indent,to put the latest entry on top, but that does not help me in the
long run. I am just curious if that would be possible. This group knows
so many things i am not aware of, it always is worth a try.
