Hi Diane, I'm personally not aware of any of the problem issues you are referring to. I would be curious as to whether your G4 came pre-installed with Jaguar or whether you did an upgrade from a previous system version. If you upgraded, maybe the choice you used to upgrade has created some abnormal problems.
