OSX wants/needs to be installed in the first 8gb of the drive.

Here is the partition that I have:

OSX
Classic
Apps (Where most apps go)
Files
Swap...

There is a way to install OSX on just on system and make a image of it. 
  I have seen it on www.macosxhints.com.
