I have an Epson 740 USB printer connected to the usb port of my desktop machine running OS X 1.X.
Ny powerbook g4 running OS 9.2.2 can see the printer in the chooser and I can select it. When I check it out in the usb printer sharing control panel on the powerbook I can see the printer in the network window of the control panel and usb printer sharing is turned on. Yet when I try to print from the powerbook I get a message that says the printer is not responding. Help! Thanks.
