I subscribe to all three and have been quite happy. There's never  
been a problem with the phone service and the cable has been reliable.

The recent problems you've been reading about here are not typical.  
My connection usually goes for months without a hitch. Last week  
Insight sent out an email to their customers warning about possible  
problems while they upgraded their systems. Sure enough, some  
problems did arise. On the other hand, in recent weeks I've noticed a  
definite performance bump. My big downloads from fast sites used to  
hover around 350 KB/s. Lately they've often been near to and  
occasionally above 400 KB/s. This wouldn't impress the Finns or  
Koreans, but it sure beats a modem.
