My expectation is that all digital services require maintenance and  
upgrade. Insight notified it's subscribers in advance, and provided  
detailed instructions to follow in the event of service interruption.  
My mail service in Lexington was down this morning, I followed the  
instruction and was back up in a few minutes. I wouldn't consider  
that "such difficulty", .mac is far less reliable for instance...jf
