After I had the cable modem installed.. it wouldn't work. Long story
short,,, I asked the "tech" if he was familiar with Mac's. He replied he
wasnt. I said... neither was I but I had one and I wanted to speak to
someone who WAS mac familiar. He put me on hold... and several minutes
later cameback and said.... There isn't anyone here that is. I said, then..
that's a problem!!
He said.. Call apple.... I said... I sure will on YOUR DIME... get them on
the phone.....
Amazingly, they found someone who knew "mac's" and the problem was
corrected.... :-)
So BRAVO MARTA!!!!!!! LOL
