I have DSl with Bellsouth, and am quite happy with it. When OSX first
came out, it was hard to get an intelligent answer; but nowadays, they
do very well. They're always very patient with me, and walk me through
the steps. And it's plenty fast. I have the DSL Ultra... there's
another faster step-up; but I don't feel I need it.

As far as the cell phone question, I can't say. I don't use one.
