Harry: Try using "webmail.kctcs.edu" to see if that might work.
Otherwise, you might ask them if they allow users to retrieve email using Outlook or Outlook Express (just so you're talking "PC" with them). If they do allow that, then ask them what server do those Outlook users access to pick up their mail. That would be the same server name as the "Incoming Mail Server" that you enter when you set up the Safari account for this location. If that doesn't get you anywhere you might ask if _any_ of their users can retrieve email by any means other than through an Internet browser. It is hard to imagine that their email system doesn't support any means of retrieval other than through their own webmail portal.
