I don't keep it all straight, ---- but somehow I can't let go of some stuff in the Panther version- nor of my old powerbook; it is supposed to acclimatize my husband to the NEW AGE, so he will find out all my secrets after my demise---- he is supposed to use it for LEARNING purposes. He is still stuck in radios with tubes and the morse code for sending messages. . My iBook has iPhoto 6 -- 6.0.4 ------ my iMac iPhoto 2 --- 2.0.1 And it is this newer version that won't allow me to print, say, a double or single fold card on any of my printers; it seems to want to print, then gives me the printer confusion error message.
And this is only out of the iPhoto from my iBook. Pictures from my desktop do alright, also text etc. My two other computers allow printing directly out of iPhoto - on all printers. Just highlight the picture, choose "print" from the bottom of the window , choose standard, greeting card etc - click the print button, or the "preview" if you want to first see the product ahead of printing, and pressing "print" again, the printer takes over-- Of course I have to say that I am not at all familiar with Tiger's offspring. At least thanks to Anne, I have made progress in "pages". I made some templates to eliminate my constant having to change fonts. That alone is an achievement!!!----- Again , sei bedankt, Anne.
