Upgrade completed. Total time about 1 hr. 15 min. You can save yourself about 35 min. by skipping "check Integrity of Install DVD". So far all works except my Intego Personal Spam blocker no longer works with the new Mail program. I expected this and am sure Intego is working on it as we speak. Photoshop CS3, Vuescan 8.5, Parallels Desktop 3, MS Office programs, Titanium Toast 8, Final Cut Pro (5.1), iLife (6 & 8) programs, and NeoOffice 2.2 all seem to be working fine.
BTW, just as advertised, Time Machine detected my back-up FW400 drive and went to work on its own. If you do not desire (near) immediate back-up, turn this feature off in System Preferences shortly after install is complete. Time Machine did ask me if I wanted to use the drive, but began BU on its own. I'm going to try out Spaces and configure Stacks next. ctw On Oct 26, 2007, at 11:33 AM, Carl Wimmer wrote: My copy of Leopard just arrived. Will be upgrading the iMac Intel 2.8 duo-core extreme.
