Hi Jerry,

Your instructions worked like a charm!!!!! I was able to access the hard
drive and extract what I needed off of it. Normally I back it up frequently,
however my last back-up was last weekend. My problem was that I am editing
and revising a published book for a friend for his next edition to publish.
I had worked very hard on the revision these past three days doing many
pages of work. I was desperate not to lose all of my creative work. So again
thank you for your help!!!!

I plan to buy a new laptop. How reliable are the new ones? I have had a lot
of problems with that G3. Even my timing was lousy cause when I bought it,
the G4 laptops came out about 6 weeks later.

Nora
