Dan, When I had to replace the hard drive on my 17" MacBook G4- I was told I couldn't put a drive in larger than 160GB. I was told the OS would recognize only 160 GB. Does your MacBook Pro recognize all 320 GB? Did you partition the drive? Tell us more, please!
And, if one were to replace (his/her self) a perfectly good 160 GB hard drive in a MacBook Pro with a larger hard drive would it negate the warranty? Would it negate the warranty if an authorized dealer did the replacement? Thanks.
