Hi, I need your help in finding a very competent person or company to analyze and correct our network/internet access/router ports, etc.
We have BellSouth DSL and about 20 computers (only my 2 are Macs), and my web browsing and file transfer to/from the internet is sooooo slooooow it is driving me crazy. In addition, I would like to use Back to My Mac and need the router opened to allow that (if it even works at all). The analyst will need to be able to check data speeds at various locations and determine where or what the problem iswhether it is my issue (my little hub), the DSL service (it¹s been checked by BellSouth), somebody is hogging bandwidth, or there¹s something wrong with the ethernet network. We have had a few (incompetent) people in here from time to time to no avail. It¹s not just my Mac that is slow on the internet. Thanks, Robert
