I'm a tech project manager between gigs, and it sounds like it would be easy
to diagnose the network problems. I've attached my resume, so you can get an
idea of my IT experience.

If you're interested in me helping you with this problem, let me know. Have
you confirmed the speed directly from the DSL modem?
