remove the offending certificate(s) from keychain, a new certificate will be added the next time mail is received from that source.

or, if you trust the sender to send a legitimate certificate.

open keychain access, select the offending certificate, then file > get info > trust, from the when using this certificate pull down select: "always trust".

I still think its a keychain problem. Maybe you should try repairing your keychains.
