Just a question about the new MobileMe service and the "PUSH" features.
Do the PUSH, instant update, features also apply to the desktop
versions of iCal, etc?

I don't have an iPhone or iPod touch yet, but when I update a
calendar/event on my Macbook it certainly doesn't sync right away to
either the web app or to my wife's macbook.

I have syncing set to "automatically" in system preferences on both
machines.

As of right now, it's been 15min. since I did a test and updated a
calendar on my desktop iCal and no changes on the other machine yet.

Granted, it does happen eventually, but it's certainly not the "Near
Instant" that Apple advertises. It seems that before, with regular old
Dot Mac, after I would update a calendar, I would see the little iSync
arrows in my menu bar start to spin almost as soon as I made the
change. Now, it doesn't happen that way.
