They will ... eventually. You need to install the update "Mac OS X Update for Mobile Me" which might appear in Software Update, or it might not. I was able to update my laptop, but it disappeared before I got to my office machine. Then it returned when I got home to update my home desktop. I'm in my office now, and it isn't there. I suspect Apple's update servers are really busy right now.
On my laptop, when I add something to iCal, it takes about an hour before it shows up on my desktop and vice versa -- painfully slow for a "push" service. Since the iPhone goes through a different channel, the it might not see the delays. I don't have one, so I can't test it.
The me.com Web site is not responding. I think maybe this baby was born prematurely and will need a bit of intensive care before it is really ready to face heavy traffic.
