I have simple needs for a fitness tracking program, but perhaps I just
haven't been able to weed through the offerings and find one that I
like.

mostly I just need something that can keep track of my cardio
activities (biking, running, etc) with time, distance and it would be
sweet if it could calculate approximate calories burned.
Additionally, I would need it to keep track of moderate weight
training, with focus on individual muscles/muscle groups so that I
could keep track of reps, sets, and weight.
Add in the ability to keep track of body weight, BMI, etc. and the
ability to graph my progress (or regression as the case may be) for
each exercise, all with a nice Mac-like interface and at a reasonable
price, and I'd buy it in an instant. (bonus points if you can keep
track of daily caloric intake)

Anyone know of a program that would fit this bill, that perhaps I have
over looked?
